Carmenere- the wine indigenous to Chile, kept me up with a dreamy tinto spell. Spinning for days, drinking the wine like sugar water, feeling like I was fixated with the blood, absorbed with ambrosia of the Gods. But I remember in the morning that I’m just left with a dizzy headache and a weird feeling in my stomach.

So the man sipped the wine. It was a delicious burgundy and complemented the food completely. She was much smarter than she seemed and he was beginning to enjoy her company. He stared at him from across the stable, a thoughtful look on her face. He wasn’t that transparent was he?

I take a sip. It was bitter. It was sweet. It was bittersweet. It warms my throat and reminds me of the dance I had with you that night. It was so romantic, yet so heartbreaking.

Dark and red, it stains the carpet. Spreading like a blight across the greyscape. A crystal glass rolls silently away, the last of the wine still trapped in it trembling at the surface, quaking in delicious fear.
Stains red, dark, bloody, intoxicating, on the carpet. It’s all crystal clear now.

I’ve never really been a fan of wine. It looks like it should be magnificent, but there’s just something about the flavor of that isn’t quite right. I should be sipping wine with yummy dinners out, and I know wine goes perfectly with a delicious steak dinner, but I can’t envision myself doing that. I don’t like beer either. What’s up with that? Well, I am how I am.

It is vile. Rotten Grapes. If i was looking to get drunk, I’d get something else. It isn’t good at all. Some say it has health benefits, but when my body rejects it upon even a little taste, then I can’t imagine it’s good for me.
Much better to drink a cold beer. Enjoyable…

there was an empty wine bottle swinging from her fist as she came down the stairs in the old house, stumbling a little from alcohol consumption as well as the slant the floor had. it had been white wine, very dry and almost crisp, not like the mellow, romantic red wines you usually read about. it seemed to her to fit her better, her personality was definitely more suited to the cold white than the passionate red.

Wine is a drink that is supposed to be an acquired taste. Though I personally do not tend to prefer it many people love to enjoy it with dinner and romantic evenings. Wine happens to come in many different flavors as each year the harvest of grapes is different. The wine industry continues to make a lot of money from this current product.

Sweet they say it is, but it is the drink that never crossed my lips. Child, teen, adult, grave: never in this process did the red addiction cross my lips, but I can’t say that was a terrible thing at all.

I like a good wine. Mostly red wines. Anything that’s sweet though. I don’t really like the bitter ones though. I know that a lot of people don’t really like wine but I think it goes grea with certain meals. It’s also pretty romantic to have a bottle of wine with a special someone at dinner. Just to sit there and talk for hours, finishing off the bottle.

I don’t drink wine very often. Hardly ever, in fact. I just dislike the taste. I’d rather have a lager, or a Smirnoff Ice any day. But every Christmas, and every New Year, my mum presses a glass into my hand, and despite the fact that I can’t stand the stuff, I drink it. I like feeling that she thinks I’m finally mature enough to have an adult drink.

red, red wine. it’s my favorite. that warm, lovely feeling as it passes your lips and envelopes your entire body in the warmth. it’s like the color of the wine becomes the shade of your mood. you become the mellow, lovely flavor and it shows.

The “wine spill” on the now widowed wife’s beige carpet was more than questionable after receiving news of an apparent affair between the foreign maid and her less than loyal husband. The scene would had been almost a laughable, cliched situation had it not been for the body now being transported from their to an autopsy room.
