I believe it’s “real,” in the sense that it has been expressed in some kind of tangible way. But how does it work, what is its source of power?

  14. I think about the inquisition. people used to hunt women in order to see whether they are witches or not. they would drop them to a river, if the women would survive somehow then they would think she is a witch. If the other way around then she would just die for nothing.

  24. Witchcraft is not necessarily the best thing in this world. But I think it would be amazing to be able to do spells. It would be lots of fun if you don’t use it in the wrong way. But witchcraft is really important if you are a witch because you need to practice a lot.

  25. When I think about witches the first thing that comes to my mind is actually magic in a bad way. Because people look for/call witches when they think that they are in the effect of a spell. They demand the help of witches when they want to break the spell. This can also be the vice versa :when a person wants to affect someone using magic he/she can search for a witch as well. The witchcraft is the profession of making the aforementioned stuff by claiming that you have supernatural powers such as seeing the future, making a person in love with someone else etc. Some communities believe in witchcraft while other don’t. There are also many films and books about this word, but it isn’t a just fictional word. Even though we don’t encounter with it quite often nowadays, this wasn’t the case 100 years ago. People actually believed in witchcraft then, and although vanished there are still a non-negligible amount of people who respect them.

  27. Perhaps your religion is the real witchcraft, and ours of spells and potions is the common place. Perhaps the very thought of any higher being is a sense of witchcraft. Perhaps we are all wrong, and maybe we are all right.
