  1. Ohara wanted to find out where she was. This would not be an ambush, but he usually wanted to know the surrounding terrain before he approached a subject. Sometimes things took a turn for the unexpected, and he liked to know where the nearest exits were; Little things like that sometimes made a big difference.

  3. Terrain is an interesting word. It has to do with land, and the way it is shaped. There can be trees, rocks, bushes, and mountains in the terrain. Maybe snow is covering the terrain. But we don’t want to think about snow yet. Snow is cold and I am not ready for the cold just yet. It will come, but I want to wait. Let us think about nice terrain, with pretty pansies and daffodils. There is a beagle running across the terrain! She is soooo cute with big, floppy ears.

    on and on
    down the path
    towards the unknown
    yet assured of my journey

  5. Your mama is soooo fat. This causes a great amount of distress for all of those close to her. You see of her health fail and worry you won’t get a full time with her.

  6. The terrain was slick with water. The rain was falling fast. Falling hard. There was nothing that could pervent little Sarah Davis from falling on her buttukie. She did ever so much love the rain.

  7. I already wrote about terrain . . .twice. However, something interesting happens when we rewrite. Our perspective of the subject shifts ever so slightly, revealing new facets that perhaps we didn’t see before. For example, with this round, I’m picturing Mars. Also, it blows my mind that there was water on Mars. Oh, this is awkward.

So, donuts? Right? Yeah! If you ever graduate and bring me a donut, I’ll hold you in highest esteem. In fact, I will contact the Vatican to nominate you for sainthood. Churches will be held in your honor! Hospitals, too! There will be feasts, likely of donuts in your saint’s name. YEAH!

  9. The land that you walk on. It can be bumpy or it can be flat. Sometimes when the terrain is varied it will make for an interesting hike. For example, at Peninsula Park in Door County, they have varied terrain that can be challenging to hike.
