Anyway.. a few years back there was this news paper article about this woman that was recommended yoga by her physician to relieve office stress. The woman tried it out and it was working, but after a month or so she actually damaged her cervix during a stretch routine- goes to show you too much of a good thing is just bad.

  30. i wish i knew how to do yoga. i know so many people who enjoy spending their mornings doing yoga. i always wish i could go with them, but i usually don’t end up going with them because i think i look funny in gym clothes and spandex. i am self conscious and stretching makes me nervous- nervous about farting.

  31. hory shit. So…yoga. Yeah. I dislike this word. Honestly. This site needs to randomize words so we can write about other things instead of having a daily word. I know it may be addicting, but it adds variety to the site. Generally, just don’t use a daily word…

    HERPA!
  32. The concept of yoga is very foreign to me. It’s just exercise, isn’t it? Why do people make it into this whole spiritual lifestyle thing? Just do your yoga and eat your granola and leave me the hell out of it I guess.
