Balm. Soothe. I can’t think of anything else to say. The Egyptians embalmed their dead. I think dead people are still embalmed today aren’t they? Oh well. Still can’t think of anything to say. I’m not dead, so I guess I don’t need embalming yet.
There’s no balm for my soul when she left me. Not that it wasn’t time for us to fade. I mean, we both saw it coming, we both knew it had to be done. I think you could even argue that I wanted it as much as her. But I still felt cold afterwards.
