revised
He ripped the page out of the notebook. This wasn't any good, he grumbled to himself crumpling the paper and tossing it into the trash. He wasn't sure what to do, his plan had been revised so many times and yet he couldn't figure out that dratted plot hole.
despite
Despite his good looks, his charm, and his connection to Mitch, Natalie just couldn't bring herself to love Albright. She had tried, even incorporated Julie and Mr. Monk, but to no avail. She knew why. She knew it was because her heart already belonged to someone, someone who could measure up to Mitch Teeger, like no other man had been able to do. Her boss. Mr. Monk. Adrian Monk. Despite his idiosyncrasies she loved him, and had for a long time.
convinced
Convinced, Definition: Truly sure of many things. Use: "Alright, you've convinced me." Like in the way I'm convinced I was lied to when they said the sky is blue, or the way I'm convinced that my new kitten understands everything I'm saying, or the way I'm convinced that I love the gentle changing of the seasons or the way that I'm convinced that I love soft breezes, dawn to dusk, and you. Convinced, Definition: Me. Use: "I love you."
severe
he looked around knowing it was a severe situation, he was very upset, scared and lonely, and without fail managed to get caught up multiple times. He looked at the navy blue coated arms-man, then back to his own gray outfit, sighing dramatically he didn't think there would be a way out of it this time.
