I really dislike this word. There are some words that work for me. 'Unsuccessful' or 'participatory'. For lots of different reasons, there are words I adore. What the hell is 'basic'? It's nearly as bad as the crap I was reading last night - on 'Jesus the Village Psychiatrist'. If you don't do your research and make an effort to understand what's really going on, basic is what you'll be left with, and that's no good to anyone - it could be very very dangerous indeed.
