Deer are always thought of as graceful, powerful animals. Sprinting through the woods like lightning, they are freedom.
But the doe is always innocence. Small girl holding her mother's hand, a young girl.
The buck is power, might.
One thing holds so many different images.
everything's hanging by a thread
if someone moves, it may break
if someone falls it's my mistake
if we can't make it, what will you say?
what will you do?
a thread. it's so thin it's hardly even there.
hanging by nothing, almost.
crime and punishment
It's a system that we base our lives on
If someone does something wrong, it's instinct to punish them for it
revenge
jail
life
killing
all around these concepts lies the answers to the evil in our world.
Punishment because of revenge and crime because of need and want and greed because of money and material possessions.
Welcome to America.
we're so near to you leaving, I can't believe it. My life as it was will end for a year: I can't believe just how near. It's like a part of me is ending and traveling across the sea.
and we're just so near.
I'll miss you my dear.
if there are no questions, there are no answers.
it can be quite a simple thing, or something someone toys over.
Hugo said, the most terrifying of reasons and of answers is simply "Because"
or something along the lines of that.
I suppose that's true, to have a reason so complex that no words can possibly describe it.
or maybe just because you don't feel like it.
that makes two kinds of people and brains.
The root of all things are love and hate, without those two core things life would not be as it is today. Roots are a powerful thing: they can make a break something. Without roots, a tree is nothing; it would just fall over without any support. The roots of humanity are the tensions between good and evil, love and hate, etc etc. So without those, we won't know ourselves. Keep those things close, even if it hurts.
