Peanut butter and banana
Toasted whole grain bread
A few shakes of cinnamon,
and a cold glass of milk.
The kite soared, flitting and twisting in the salty ocean breeze. It weaved in and out of clouds, disappearing amidst their massas, reaching out all the way to the horizon.
She shielded her eyes from the sun as she watched her crimson balloon waft to and fro in the breeze, as it climbed into the atmosphere.
My "dress", being my typical attire, has fluctuated over the years. Amazing how much influence it can have on one's mind.
Is it manifest? In the stars? Unforseeable? In your hands? In the hands of the world? Does it exist? Destiny is everything and nothing, the past present and future. The end result, and just the beginning.
Why do things that hold so much meaning in our hearts, lack something tangible to grasp when thought of in logical terms? Why must meaning be abstract, like the fog that gets farther away the deeper you immerse yourself within it?
She needed someone, she needed him. He needed something, he didn't know. She had him, he left. When their paths cross, they needed each other.
Lack of love,
lack of words.
Lack of strength,
lack of more than you gain.
Lack smies, lack of tears.
Life?
Full, lush leaves reaching
Warm, soft stars glowing
Laughs, eyes, friends talking
Breathe. The world is rich with treasures.
