OK. EASYGOING. the fact that i started this entry in all caps is probably the least "easygoing" sort of introduction i could have concocted, had i actually concocted it- indeed, it was a complete accident. oh, the spontaneous and trivial ways in which life foils you.....

i try to make casual references to famous poets, tv shows, and history during conversation...however, i've adopted the rather interesting habit of subtly quoting myself. i feel like im fooling people, but sometimes no one will respect your ideas unless they're certain that you have borrowed them from someone much older, wiser, taller, whateverer than yourself.

gone

we were something of a pair, a duo, a team. a collaboration of souls. not alone in the universe, sharing a space and a place and a reason and smile. we were every sort of promise, but most importantly of all, we were agreement. "i love you" is not just a statement; it's a pact. it was supposed to be a pact.

happy

when im happy i write terrible poetry.

i am at a point in my life where i have become fixated with the idea of "possibility" verses "plausibility." almost anything is possible, but i have found that very few things are plausible. indeed, hardly anything that i want to do or be is plausible; but i find that the road less taken is often a road that i can have all to myself.

walls

walls are like large boxes for people. i rather do appreciate walls - without them i'd have to get changed underneath my comforter.

various. there are various things that i want in life. to be happy. healthy. successful. exceedingly wealthy. happy. rich. happy. something more inspiring to say in this oneword entry. a tiny reindeer suit for my sister's cat, Oscar Wilde. happy.

...i am often told that i resemble a deer, and while i find this mildly flattering, i don't know how i feel about being likened to an animal that is more often seen dead than alive.

I worry that we have lost our appreciation for the number "100." When in search of a number befitting of my hyperbole I never stray below the thousands, and often ascend into the lofty billions, or even bazillions. "One Hundred," I fear, is not immense enough to get a point across.

we are the prior, the previous, the calm that came before the storm. the fist kiss, the last laugh, the precipice of spring.
