She was the cutest the thing I have ever seen. My little granddaughter. As I held her for the first time, I could not imagine the love I felt for her in an instant. She was the best thing that happened to us. Becoming grandparents.
Nothing in the world can prepare you for those feelings. You thought you had them all covered when you held your baby in your arms to begin their life into the world. Nope, doesn’t hold a candle to your grandbaby.
The fum felt soft against my tongue. Made my mouth smile all up and down. Couldn't quite tell what flavor it was, seemed to be many flaovors exploding at one time.
Now that was the icing on the cake. Yep, getting word that everything was going to be great and no one else was going to be in pain. Wonderful! Nothing to think about but working on the rest of the days activities. I love it when a plan come together like this.
Yesterday I received the instructions in the mail. I was to drive to Point Breeze and drop the bag off there. I never looked into it. I wanted to know for sure, but I was afraid.
I had this word yesterday but I will write about it again today. Writing for the paper causes me to need to be on patrol for stories often. My stories come in from all sources. Once I receive a good tidbit, I go out and research to see if it is newsworthy.
I was working outside when I heard the doorbell ring. The easiest way to get there was through the house. I ran as fast as I could, tripped over the ottonman. I get to the door and it is a kid telling me he is on patrol in neighborhood and he wanted me to know that everything was safe - he was on duty.
