Lobbyists is a word that I don't care for because they are mostly hired by wealthy corporations that want to push their interests. The little guy has no chance.
I am not informed about a lot of things. Each day brings new challenges to learn more things including more passwords. They only inform me so I can get into various websites. I don't know what I need to be informed about but I know there is always more to learn. And what should I be informed about that is a good question. I might want to think about that for a while. So much is happening. When legislation is proposed I hardly know what to think and I'm not sure I want to take all the time to learn what it is all about. I am not sure that is how to transform the world. At this time I'm thinking of listening to people and to try to understand them better. I want to be less judgmental and more understanding to get a better of my small world around me. I think if we understand each other or at least listen to each other the world would be a lot better place for all of us. That is my thinking right now. To listen better and judge a lot less will help me to be better informed. That is what I think will work for me right now. So there you have it.
