When cooking at home, I try to make everything in 20-30 minutes. I don't relish the idea of slaving over a hot stove for an hour or two, only to have everything devoured instantaneously by my starving boyfriend. In a pinch, we eat sandwiches, but our favorite meals are quite balanced and delicious.
