i should go to the gym more often. i went with him a couple of times. he showed me how to do a certain ab workout. chad works with me at home now. i like that better. less judgment. he just gets frustrated with me because i cant do it but he says i really can. i want to lose this flab, though. i hate when people complain that they are fat but don't do anything about it.
