I need to strengthen my core. That's it. I saw a photo of myself and I was shocked to see my midsection has become so large. Maybe I do need an operation to remove that. Or I just need to get busy and strengthen my core. That's the ticket. Everything will be great once I have become strengthened!

I love it that I can't come here without singing to myself, "One word is enough for all of us." Even though the word du jour is minerals, I still have that song in my mind. Minerals are fun elements. We need them to survive. It's surprising, eh?

plaza

I used to go visit Helen at the plaza. We have had two events each year on our plaza. A plaza is a good place to begin. It's also a good place to end. What will you do at the plaza? I think there's not a real reason to go to the plaza. We are going to the plaza today. Please take your time at the plaza.

bags

I have a lot of bags. That means that I have a lot of baggage. That's the ticket. Bags are for keeping things tidy. Too many bags means that you aren't tidy. Tidiness is next to cleanliness. There's another way to say that but I ran out of time. It's okay. That's the way of the crumbled cookie. I am back to writing one word, even though it's many.

weave

Have you ever seen a woman patting her head fiercely? She's trying to get relief from the weave that she is wearing. It's a sad thing to behold, but that's what a weave does to a person. It's itching like cray. And so it goes.

Today's word is locker. The last time I thought about a locker was in high school. I don't think they're associated with anything but school. .And I heard they don't even use them anymore. Go know.

Today's word is either a large piece of ice jutting out from the water or a head of lettuce. I like the idea of iceberg lettuce. It's so bland. Icebergs in the water are exciting and have the possibility of sinking a large ship like the Titanic. Is there an iceberg in your life?

I am the toughest guy in this room. That's because there are no other people in the room with me. I am not the toughest. That's just ridiculous. The toughest would be a macho pig and I'm the opposite of that. I'm far from the toughest, but I can be tough enough. That's the ticket. Can you be tough enough to be the toughest?

I can't see the skyline of Miami because the rain is falling too hard. Seeing it is a highlight of my day but today will be a rainy day because there's a tropical storm right on top of us. Oh well, hopefully by tomorrow it will have passed. Let's pray for no flooding!

Today's word is train. I have a train of thought and it's not that easy to derail it. I'm on a cast or characters. Well, you know what I mean. I have to write train over and over. I am going to train to learn something new. That's the ticket! What other trains are there? Well, the high speed ones!
