documents. research papers. what do they all need? paperclips. these small devices keep them bound together. Although small, they know how important it is to keep things together, whatever they are.
this is probably the most painful thing anyone could ever experience. However, we must not dwell on what the "rejectee" feels, like what we always do. We must also acknowledge the difficulty of rejecting someone, what the rejector feels.
optimism can sometimes be annoying. While it is true that it's supposed to be encouraging, it's not really helpful to see someone who seems like he doesn't understand you when you have problems. it's not very helpful at all.
