She was glowing. The pregnancy glow was pretty hard to hide, and Maria knew that Mark would notice as soon as he walked in the door. Mark had been gone for four months now, so if he didn't catch on my the way her skin glistened, he soon would notice the bump in her belly.
The old TV was one with a console. The whole unit sat on the floor, and by now it was so ancient it could legitimately be called an antique. George wouldn't let it go, though. It was the last item he had to remember his mother and his father by.
The crew of the spaceship was ready for take off. All except for Al. He had to make one last trip to the bathroom. Only Al could be so unprepared yet be such a genius at the same time. The mission was going to be run by Al, and there was no way to take off without him.
