It's time for me to wander off down to the beach. After the storm there will be wonderful crashing surf belting up onto the sand. This will do my heart so much good as I've been stuck inside the house for the past 24 hours. I've also been under quite a bit of stress lately, so the sound of the waves will help considerably to clear my head.
