Life is a strange humdrum affair and every moment snatched of happiness must be greatly acknowledged. But I refuse to acknowledge it and deny that life offers complete happiness. Like the Modernist writers I refuse to be bound by the restrictions and the 19th century conventions. Like them, I wish to procrastinate.
