  1. warm, sunny inviting…such a wonderful place to spend some time. There was a time we went to the beach when we did not expect to, we are campers and forest people by nature but had a dreary summer of sorrts and realized we missed the sun, the sand, the ocean with the way it leaps and crashes against the Earth.

  12. The beach is a wonderful place, there are plenty of things to do at the beach! you can build sand castles and get a nice sun tan. Swimming at the beach is also a fun thing to do. you can boogie board and dive through the waves.

  15. I think I just wrote about the beach yesterday, but so much more exists besides the waves and the sand and whatever else I said. There are also all the creatures that live in the water of the beach, or even in the sand. No one ever thinks of them though, they only think of the fun they’re having tanning and swimming. Weird.

  28. I was at the beach last night. The wind was blowing, the waves were crashing, the stars were out. Everything was cliche. We looked at each other and laughed as we walked down the sand. our footsteps being chased by the waves. It was miraculous, one might say. But this day was nothing compared to the ones coming up. We were in for it.

  31. Pensacola beach is covered in oil due to this Horizen oil rig explosion. This is heartbreaking. I’ve grown up on this beach and have grown to love it as part of my home town.

  32. The beach is nice I like it but I like pools better. I grew up at the links pool, I was never too comfortable in the ocean but I do swin in it when I get the chance. Sometimes i don’t.

  34. We lay close to the water, so that when the waves came they would tickle our toes. I giggled and looked at him. He smiled at me, sunshine gleaming in his eyes. I traced the words I love you on his belly. He kissed me knowing exactly what I had said.
