  11. a chance to do something different with your life should never be rejected, for who among us has the perfect life from the get go? i believe that life is full of chances, taken and not taken. life is really not about chance but the decisions you make with the multitude of chances out there to grab at. which choices do you make, will chance be something you control or will you be swept away.

Sometimes, for one reason or another, we are forced to sit and watch them slide past us, knowing that they will turn into one of the “what if’s” we ponder when we are old lonely.

  20. I don’t believe in chance. The idea that everything you do is dictated by a force that doesn’t care one way or the other is a very cold and sad way to look at the universe. A ‘chance’ meeting, that had just as much potential to happen as not makes for a truly dismal existence, nothing that happens has a real reason.
