  4. so tell me,
why do you decorate everything you say?
Literally, every word you’ve ever told me,
    or typed,
    or tried to convince me,
you sugarcoat it and make it so much more simpler than it really is.
    So how about you stop?
    You don’t like me,
    you like the fucking chase.
And if I keep following it, you’ll never let me go.
And I hate how you have so much fucking control over me.

On the way back from the store, she fell into a small hole in the ground. When she lifted her head up after she landed, she saw the most wondrous thing.

  21. The room was plain. It was the only word to describe it. She never bothered to decorate, to make it look more like home. Home? It was never going to be home. She was trapped here. Useless and laid to waste. Fuck decorating. Fuck him for doing this to her.

  22. Soldiers are decorated, so are homes. I decorated my dorm room at college this past year to the best of my ability, but sadly it didn’t raise as big of a fuss as soldiers and homeowners do about their decorations. Do decorations by definition make things better, or is it just a term for elaboration?
