  1. I don’t know how to drive, but I will learn soon. I think that I will be good at it because my dad is, but I might be bad at it like my mum. I hope that someday I’ll learn to ride a bike instead and be all green and environmentally-friendly.

    Katrina
  2. Drive, drive, drive. Carbon footprint incresaes with every mile…Drive, drive, drive. You’ll hit someone in the end, you werern’t watching.

  4. I can drive you home if your car has stalled. Or if you are drunk. Don’t worry about the breathalyzer in the ignition, I can get a homeless man who hasn’t been drinking to blow on it, and thus allow us to get home without breaking your probation. I’ll repay him with donuts and a pint at the local pub. I just hope he has no fleas.

  5. I swear, I hit this word before. Anyway, I see the road long stretched ahead of me, and I know I left you behind, but I keep expecting to see you asleep in the passenger seat. This makes me sad, and hallucinate. So I pull over to the side of the road, and sob.

  6. I was pleaseatnly moving towards the end of the road. Never had I seen such a perfect drift. The car approached mine, they nearly touched each other, frowning like poodle having sex in a cold shower on a saturday afternoon. Madmoiselle Lepidare stepped on gas and left me behind, longing for her swift steel and long and hard boiled tires.

  10. the drive from within to excel in life keeps every person on his/her foot only till the time some positive outcome flows in, but if the negativity is there, continiously then the drive to drive through the life finishes and everything turns towards end…

  13. the lost five had been driving for hours in the dark. none knew where they were; they were all praying to see headlights. in an instant, the car lost control and swerved into a tree, where a dark being jumped through the roof of a car and killed each of the passengers.

  14. I left my house this morning
And I just didn’t know what to do with myself
I walked into my outofdate Malibu
And closed my eyes as I started the engine
And I didn’t check my mirrors when I backed out
    of the garage
    Because I wasn’t meant to
    And I drove
I drove past the Target and Abercrombie
And past all of the girls with generic names
    printed across their chest
And all of the young men
with wondering eyes and troubled minds
I know what the feels like, and I’m blending in with this crowd
But I blend in so damn well,
I stand out sunshine on a hazy afternoon.
If their eyes were on me,
    I didn’t notice
    I just kept driving
    and didn’t use the brakes.

  16. Living on the road. 15 minutes to and from the place you hate to the place you love. Displaced from all you knew and everything that mattered, your opinion not taken into account. You hate it, everything about it, but you bear it, because that’s your fate. You take what others can’t, and do it with a smile.

    Kim
  17. You drive me nuts, you bitch. Why did you have to say that? Who knew it was cruel as before the words left your lips. You bitch.

    Chuck
  18. The music blaring, the road is being eaten up by the shaky ambition in our driving. This is freedom and fun; everything that friendship and summer ever hoped to be. Swerve to avoid dead end relationship, take a left here to keep these moments alive; just keep driving.

    Emma
  19. Drive. What my heart is full of. What I like doing and I get paranoid with when I’m not. What sets me apart from my peers. Incubus song. A noun and a verb. Something more people should have and learn.

  20. to my destination, i am going fast, getting there is the objective, dont get lost, hate getting lost. I am in my car, love my car, comfort ride, bells and whistles, let the traffic move me, i go with the flow. Try to pay attention, don’t pass your exit. My mind wanders. How can anyone dial a phone number on a cell phone and still drive? I am in the wrong lane.

  21. you drive me crazy. absolutely crazy. i can’t think, i can’t focus when i’m around you. you have such a passion for life; live it to its fullest; get in the car and drive with no destination in mind, just to end up wherever you are when you run out of gas. it drives me crazy how impulsive you are. and at the same time i can’t get enough of it.

  22. I stepped outside into the unusually cold July night and watched from the front porch as his headlights to grew larger. His truck screeched to a stop and I bounded down the steps. “Where do you want to go?” he asked, throwing open the passenger side door. I smiled, “Just drive.”

  23. drive is related to sex and to cars, also to golf. I guess you could say that it is a highly versatile word, with several different meanings. It’s a pretty positive word too, with most connotations connected to it being good ones. I certainly enjoy drive in all of it’s guises I would like to be a more driven person one day but I guess if you’re not… you’re not! Hmmm… I’m sure sixty seconds must have elapsed by now… perhaps I am more driven than I thought

  27. I love to drive. It doesn’t matter where, in fact, I would rather just drive aimlessly with no purpose but to drive. I don’t like driving in a lot of traffic. I like to drive freely, roaming about, looking at different views and scenery. I don’t need to be with someone, in fact, when I’m alone I get to think more as I drive. I am particularly fond of driving through the country, and looking at different farm areas.

“Let’s go for a drive!”, yipped Mitsy expectantly.
At the counter, Tammy continued pasting peanut butter onto bread. Not listening.

  34. Driving is so fucking scary.
I’m awful. I almost die every time I go out.
But life is like driving, right?
Not to get all deep and stupid, but it’s like that.
You are you inside and you have this steering wheel that you use to go places and do things and there are all kinds of controls and it’s confusing and scary.
    I hate driving.
I want to get out of the car and just stop.

  35. today while i was driving to work i saw the most beautiful clouds. it felt like god was telling me to have a good day. the colors were so beautiful. there were big dark clouds and white fluffy ones, and the kind that are like little ripples in the sky. and the sky was a perfect blue. so while i was driving i took out my camera and starting taking shots with one hand. a little dangerous, but definitely worth it. the sky alone is a great reason to live in charleston. since the land is so flat here it feel like a big snow globe and the sky is a huge bubble over your head.

  38. Drive. Going somewhere? Up, or down? On the physical plane, or more metaphorically speaking? I like to go out for a drive, but I can’t actually drive, so I get to enjoy being a passenger. Is this my problem in life? Do I take too little control for where my life goes? I’m too busy taking in the sights out of the window that I’m not paying enough attention to where I’m going. Maybe I need to learn to drive so I can choose the destination myself.
