Grid. I was off the grid for 2 weeks when the clataclismic event happened. The earthquake shook the Northwest for 6 minutes straight. When it was over the ensuing havoc was reached. There weren’t any people walking around. I turned on the radio and there was no sound coming. Nowhere had power. But I had my own backup. It was incredible.

Living off of it…well, not really. I’m actually pretty on the grid, now that I think of it. Oh well, guess I’m not as outre as I thought. Am I just another plebian? Yep, I think so. How sad.

the world is now a grid. an inter-mingled, overlapping grid without borders . and those in government and defense control it, using it for their own devices. you would think they would be excited with the prospect of having the ENTIRE world in one network enabling communique between persons a world apart but instead use it to exploit the masses.

awesome video game, really liked the structure of the story/ career mode. also, i hate grid paper, be it a d&d map, math graph, spreadsheet, etc. and the new grid on sandbox looks awesome.

Math. My life revolves around Math. And putting figures into grids. Input this output this. its a pattern. The problem with patterns is that they are defined by repetition. And I cannot stand that.
I wish I could put numbers whereever I wanted. Place them on the walls and the streets so everyone can interpret them however they want.

There is a grid so there is structure and a container in which things can be drawn or kept. A grid keeps things aligned and offers control, but it also restricts a drawing and a creation.

I have a grid of number before me meaning i havbe no clue what i am supposed to do with them or i would have never even mentioned having them I would have just gone about my day and done the things i had to do . yet I have no clue what to do with this grid so i am wasting my time writing to you. What do you think i should do. My right hand is falling a sleep, I hate it when that happens it happens every day I wish this grid would go away.

On the grid I am busy burning, burning, burning the oil and the coal and the wood and the water sluicing through the dam and killing the fish like a giant set of Ginzu knives. My television is on the grid, turning it blue and red with that peculiar television light, but I am off to the fridge, standing in front of the cold cold light, basking. One square, two. One eye, two.

i automatically thought of math. which made me think of math class. and the math class that stood out the most was Mr. Fribergs math class freshman year. you know what else happened freshman year? i met him. we evenj stood outside my math class and chatted until the bell rang…

square in varying number of rows and columns. Used to play noughts and crosses also used to record statistics clearly and hopefully with a high degree of accuracy. Many cities designed on the grid principle for ease of navigation. grid used as prefix to the word lock to dscribe a severe traffic jam.

when failing to use the grid on your screen, you could very likely get lost. the grid could take you to places you can barely imagine. follow the lines. do it. but mostly follow your heart.

grid? like everything here, everything in this fucking life is just one big grid. thats what it is. we follow these stupid lines, and where do we get? to the same place where we started from. we might be wealthier, older, smarter but in the end not much has changed. because after all you’re just in this grid, and there is no one that can break the lines. we all just fall into place, and follow.
Annie
i was doing my homework. graphing lines on stupid grids. but i kept getting them wrong. why? because your voice distracted me. your mere presence caused me to get a failing grade on my homework. how dare you do that. you are single handly running my school work into the ground. yet sadly i wouldn’t change it at all.

Erika looked out her window at the grid of buildings below. It was all small and dark out there, but so beautiful. At the same time, Erika felt so distant from their world. Up here in her room she was trapped away, bound to a desk and pile of papers to right.

I look around the grid of love you have made, the heart slowly cracking. Is there any point to this? You will leave me as soon as it is broken. I wish I could say how much I love you, but the grid is already gone

“The grid is shutting down.”
What? I looked around me. The lines of data that made up the world were indeed collapsing. I ran for the portal, desperate to escape. But it was too late.

The grid lies in the field, mapping out the future of humanity. In it lies time, the embodiment of time, and nothing can ever escape that grid; it contains everything that has existed, exists, and ever will exist. The grid is the embodiment of life, death, and being. The grid is all that is.

iron locked down in the pouring rain on a cold december night. i turn to look at her in the passenger seat, but all i can see is the cold neon light coming through the window and the smoke of her cigarette. she isn’t looking at me either. i think about getting out of the car and just walking away, but i know it’s mad.

God damn it, why do I always get grid? I’ve been hitting the fucking refresh button and going back to the homepage, does it always give this same damn word? I don’t give a flying fuck about grids! I guess they’re okay, but really, I don’t have anything useful to say about them for sixty seconds. I just want a more interesting word, is that too much to ask? For the love of Sweet Baby Jesus, will no one give me “murder” or “sabotage”?
