  1. Within her montage,
    Her beautiful face,
Lies still in the dawn of the morning.

    Yet whenever she sleeps,
    She silently weeps,
As she cannot face every dawning.

    In wild desperation,
    She loudly exclaims that,
She will not be pressing those charges.

But each night and each day,
    She withers away,
And is left as a shadow of being.

  2. I read the word “montage” and think about how many great moments in films were moments in montage, images in juxtaposition who’s meaning is only found once juxtaposed. Not only the visuals but the music as well makes for a beautiful film experience.

  3. There were a montage of people surrounding the door. I knew it was him. I could just sense his doubtful and jokingly personality walk in. Great. Well here is the final moment of my life.

  6. you are in every memory of the past year, a cheesy montage of happy memories of us, but today you have left me utterly disappointed in love.

  7. South Park had a great ‘Montage’ montage. Heidi Montage is incorrect. Clearly not much depth in what i am saying. This is the shallowest i’ve ever typed. Either way it’s coming together in bits and pieces. Together, but not forever.

  8. Love,
When i use to see the word love, i would think of happiness, relationships, marriage and loyalty. But now when i see the word love i see sadness, anger and a heart broken.
Normally, you would want to see happiness and marriage, but in today’s society there is only hate and sadness. And i think its so sad for your opinion on one word can change so fast, because of the things around you. For instance, the people you see, the things you hear and read. Everybody see’s this word differently but there is always one time in your life you see it the other way.

  9. People’s Church, Kalamazoo, MI. Christmas service, 1972 or so. “Every day a child is born is a holy day.” Yes. The montages in every service, music, pictures, thoughts, meditation, guided I suppose, and peaceful.

  10. He put up the camera, aiming it to the light, hoping to make a kind of halo around her face. She seemed nervous, but happy to be spending the day with him taking pictures. He shot a few, and, looking at them, thought she almost looked like an angel. He was lucky.

  11. a steam of images, each worth a thousand word. Vorkapitch the lost master of it, and today any collection of fast moving quick bits gets the same name.

  12. That part in movies. it’s like you know it is coming, sometimes they make me cry, but sometimes I can’t help but laugh at how ridiculous they are. They can be quite spectacular though. I wonder whose job it is to put them together, that would be a fun job.

  13. I don’t even really know what a montage is…something that involves a lot of pictures or images probably. But really when I first saw that word I thought “Montag”…as in Heidi the hag Montag….I’m so glad that girl and her idiot douche of a sham husband have been lying low. (“lying” is such a fitting description for most of what either of them do)

  14. When i see the word Montage, i think of the book To Kill a Mocking Bird.
One of the main characters was named Montage.

  15. As i looked into the shadows of the dimly lit lab, i noticed a someone looking back at me. Mimicking my every move. I could see this happening from a distance and every scene of my life happened in a montage of pictures. I looked deep into my own eyes. I saw the secrets everyone else could see but I could not. I saw the pain, the sick, the hate. I wept.

  16. Montage,
can mean a lot of different things, what matters is what it means to you.
For example, maybe when you see the word Montage the first thing that comes in your mind is Hedi Montage from the hills. Or maybe you might think of To Kill a Mocking Bird.
This word is used for many different people, places and things. So when you see the word Montage what do you think?

  17. The photos. Spanning years and generations and one $1.99 piece of foam board. A life. Touching many lives. So many memories and one poster board. One lifeless montage to remember one so full of life. Lifeless. Just like the poster it covered and the guests there to catch one last glimpse. More lifeless than the dead.

  18. sometimes when you see a montage of images/videos it helps to have some kick ass music. Montages help me feel good, prepared and almost raring to go. Before i got my GCSE results me and my friend jess made a montage of songs including the rocky theme tune and pretended we were boxers to get our juices flowing. That was a good day. I did well, not down to the montage but it sure helped:)

  19. Scenes flipping so fast in front of your eyes that you can’t exactly process it all. You get stuck on one specific picture that hits you just the right way. You’re not sure if it’s the meaning being conveyed or simply the colors and composition.

  20. A bunch of stuff in one, right? Like a person is a montage of traits. A group of friends is a montage of people with a montage of traits. Photos are montages. Can be, anyway. One can reflect with a montage of videos and music as well. Life is a montage..? o.o

  21. What a clever montage of Three’s Company clips he organized for my viewing pleasure. Knowing my affinity for Jack Trapper, he arrayed the television and VCR directly outside my bedroom window and began my day with such sacred images. When the spectacle subsided, he climbed through the window and we shared a bit of Two’s Company.

  22. I think of my life. It’s a series of pictures. Moments in time. A montage of memories that flow from one to another. It’s bright and colorful in spots, dark in others.

  23. What does that word even mean? Montage? Like a giant thing of photos? Sure. We all have those right? Under our beds or in our hallways. Memories of some things better left unsaid. Right?

  24. Montage, like a photo montage. They play in the movies to show the passage of time. Egatnom. Namegot. Tog mane. Toe mang.

  25. One word, one time, one life,
that one word is love. you only say it one time to the person you truly love.
and when you say that one word a 2nd time it does not quite feel the same. one word is everything. That one word can change you entire life and the way you see that person.
Boy or girl, girl or boy. It all comes out at the same time. One and only word/

  26. The montage in his mind would play daily. Every mental picture he’d taken over her would fly by in his brain, consuming his every thought. He wanted to forget her; he desperately needed to, but with these pictures forever burned in his brain, he had no idea if he’d be able to.

  27. a collection of something, a chance to condense something into a short sharp block to get a message, emotion or feeling out. A chance to chow several sides of something or someone, give some depth to a subject.

  28. You sit all day in an office in front of your computer trying to cut different parts of scenes, that’s what montage really is.You can get really pissed doing that and that being your profession.

    Linx
  29. The montage of photos sitting in the room left me astounded, breathless even. I walked through the open hallways, viewing every image as its own memory. They called to me, every single one. Each had their own story of love, death, even forgetfulness. My favorite was of the adolescent girl who struggled to sleep because of the crickets playing music outside her window. I thought of myself as I dissected that image. It reminded me of those restless nights, hearing the beauty of nature, and not being able to reach the peace that the forest itself had obtained.

  30. Jeannie looked at the montage of pictures that were displayed on Mrs. Hatford’s refrigerator door. Pictures of a little boy in T-shirt and shorts combinations, holding a fish, tossing a ball with a man who could only be his dad. Later pictures showed a tall man in a graduation gown, holding a baby, kissing a woman on the cheek. It seemed that Mrs. Hatford did have someone to love, even if she kept him a secret.

  31. a montage of our life together flips through my head, starting from that day we met as little 4 year olds, unaware of what we would become. time fly’s by and though we may not know it, we are growing closer, bound to be together. our hands clasped tight in every picture- human puzzle pieces. until the final picture thats stuck on repeat in my mind. you saying goodbye forever.

  32. a series of clips/pictures about something. lots of things that have happened over a period of time. frequent in tv shows. a group of events and qualities, etc. a summary of what happened. a photo album, a film, whatever. shows life.

  34. So, there he was, lacking motivation, slowly stagnating into an entropic puddle, when suddenly out of nowhere, eye of the tiger piped up at immense yet undistorted volume~ without hesitation, his fluidity became an asset, as he flowed effortlessly in a series of exercises, building speed and energy toward his goal… oh, the montage of evolution, played over 1 minute.

  35. I always enjoy watching the montages about our president. I’ve only seen one so far, and I didn’t even know him that well, but it was more than enough to get me hooked. Now I’m looking forward to what will be in store for us all next year when we watch our current president fail then rise above the challenges presented to him.

    Liz
  36. It’s a fail montage. They do one every year of the president. It’s fun to watch them because you can actually see the growth in the person as it happens. Plus, they’re just really funny. I always look forward to the fail montages after seeing only one. Heck, any kind of montage usually proves to be extremely funny in my eyes.

    Liz
  37. I really have no idea what this word means, however, if I could come up with a definition I would say it has some this to do with looking back at past things to remember them and enjoy the experience.

  38. Once a collection of memories, now a sequence of images, picturesque in a mind of intolerance, shades of green, blue, yellow and orange. Where do these colours end? merged together in a scene, my mind is forever chasing circles and a pattern, based on shaded dreams… A montage of slightly incoherent streams. Your funny in your sleep!

  39. We used to do montages in our drama class. Our teacher would always tell us to get as many levels as we could – tall, short, in the middle.
I was the shortest in the class though, and it became a joke to try and make me the highest level. You should have seen some of the acrobatics students had going on to make me the highest level.

  40. It all happened so fast. Like a blur. At first, I was in the desert, and then I was at the lake, so thirsty and hungry that I killed the first living fish I saw, not realizing it was the King of the Lake. But I knew that it hadn’t happened that fast at all; I had been in the desert for a year. My memories just continued to montage across my brain as I tried to stomach my guilt.
