Sometimes, that’s frightening–I’m so obsessed with being a “good” person that I frequently feel like a “bad” one. But I try to keep my intentions good. There is no greater compliment for me than hearing that I’m a good friend, good person, good listener, etc.

If morals are meant to mean what we believe in and what we value the most, then abiding by them is natural; but, if morals are meant to mean what the world is supposed to believe in and value in an ideal setting, then theyre just begging to be disobeyed- after all, we’re rebels in our most natural state.

I don’t know if they’re necessary to life or what I mean what about judging each situation based on that it just restricts you to adhere to a strict set of rules and i think it also implies a dependence on religion and obligations to society and i don’t like feeling dependent on anyone especially those who judge others based on things like sex and that sort of thing.

Everyday, as I and my friends analysed our social situations and ultimately, females, he would sit with his head lowered, his eyes pointing at the ground and stay silent.

What did he do, though, that made him such a social pariah?

  29. Some things in life cannot be changed or manipulated. You can believe so strongly for something and not allow yourself to be swayed into thinking it is wrong. People can make you do crazy things but only if you allow them to happen. If you think you feel strongly about it then no one is powerful enough to change your mind. If that does happen, then maybe you should spend some more time on that subject and ask yourself if that is something you truly in your heart believe in, or is it something you think someone else wants you to believe in.
