    Erika didn’t respond. She tried to glare at the doctor, but she was afraid that it wasn’t coming off nearly as threateningly as she wanted it to. His simpering smile confirmed that.

    “Just a few more tests and then you’ll be free to go with your mummy and dad.”

    Without much consent from her, her teeth began grinding together. Yes, because that would be so much better.

    i dont want to loose it or miss my chance. And that’s why i cant be patient.
    i will be patient for some things though, like normal everyday thing because that is life.

  9. Being patient is the right thing to do. Not all people are patient. People who can not be patient tend to be rude. Continue to be patient and you’ll find that it is much easier to get your way in life!

  10. the hate of children. THe love of the elderly. No one seems to have time for anything. Blurring by their life not understanding they need to enjoy the time they have…they dont have much.

  11. We all have to be patient with one another. There are some things that some people can be more patient about than others. We must not be rude but patient. Without those who are patient we would live in a horrible society. Remember people must sometimes be patient with you, as you must them. It’s how the world keeps on turning!

  25. Haha, I am a very patient person, and yet patience seems to elude me when it comes to love. I am almost 52 now, and I wonder if love is in the cards for me.

  26. There was a patient at a nearby hospital. He was very seriously ill with Count Choculitus. He didn’t know what to do. He bought out the entire stock of a near by grocery store’s Count Chocula and still was not satisfied. He had a hopeful disposition that the hospital’s staff could cure him of this ailment.

  27. sometimes I’m not the most patient person in the world, I hate waiting for things. I guess that’s what meant by the word patient right? Whoever says their always patient is lying.. there’s no way that there’s a person out there who actually likes waiting for things. Don’t get me wrong, I wish I was patient, unfortunately that’s just not the case here! For some jobs however I guess you need some patience, luckily that’s not a priority in my case!

  28. i dont like the word patient, it is too confusing, it can either mean hospitals, or it can mean you have to wait, its funny that you have to wait loads in hospitals, you have to be a patient patient in hospitals, im not sure if they are spelt the same, cant think of anything else to write

  29. I need to learn to be more patient. Sometimes I get so excited to jump into the future, I forget to enjoy the present and the moment I am in now. Being patient is waiting for everything to fall into place, knowing that it will happen because you have worked hard.

  30. The Thing was paitent. It had been waiting for sooo looong for something to do, something to eat that it was willing to wait a little more. It could sense the small things behind the door. He couldn’t enter- it was against the rules. But It could wait. Wait for them to come out, wait for them to show their frail little bodies with such thin, thin skin, so easy to rip. All It had to do was be patient.

  36. Patience is a virtue . . . hahaha. Patience is something I aspire to, and as I “mature” I think I get better at having it . . . applying it . . . understanding it. I hope that I do not have to become a patient in order to learn to be patient. (Sorry for the pun – couldn’t resist)

  38. Today it’s hard to be patient with other people. Someone knocked on my door late last night and woke me up, and now all I want to do is go back to bed to make up for lost time. I am having trouble being patient, and I also think I may end up being a patient…at a mental hospital. I am going crazy with no sleep.

  40. I was patient for a long, long time, but my patience was wearing out. I had to get paid for my work, and if I didn’t… well, they would pay me or they would pay. One way or the other. It was up to them, but this was their last chance.

    I don’t think they’d like what I had in store for them. No, not even a little bit. Better that they pay me instead of me paying them.
