tasty treat, carmel, stuck in my teeth, butter, crunchy. The treat popcorn is not one that i should eat. I do love to eat it when I am at the theatre. In fact, I know a person who will go to the theatre to purchase popcorn and go home to watch a movie.
Popcorn! I love going to the movies, mostly because of the popcorn. It always tastes better than the popcorn at home. Well, except for the time that Sara WAY OVER salted it. Then we had to get new popcorn. I also love popcorn because it fills my salty cravings but can actually be good for me. Amelia likes popcorn too.

Like when we go to this trampoline warehouse, except people, popping up everywhere. Big, small, up, down. Out of the shell for a few minutes
today, my husband made a bowl of air-popped popcorn for a snack. it was less of a disaster than i was expecting, but there was too much salt. i got the air-popper as a bridal shower gift from my dear aunt m. she’s recently been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. i feel nostalgic about air-poppers in general- this one i see being a family prized possession.
crunchy buttery popped corn. movie theaters and not good at being thrown. gets stuck in teeth but is tasty. some dont pop. its cool to listen to.

“Popcorn!” Jaime skidded into the kitchen with the paper bag clutched tight between his fingers. “Dad, dad, dad!” He chirped. He danced around his parents in excitement, waving the sack with the popcorn kernels. “It was Aunty Suzy’s idea!”
“Calm down, squirt.” The older men bend down to scoop the kid up into a warm hug. “I haven’t see you all day.” He hugged him tight. “Did you have fun at Aunt Suzy’s?”
“Yeah and she gave us special popcorn!”
“Special popcorn?”
“Yeah. We need a popcorn popper tho, but an old one, not a real one!”
“An old-?” He reached for the sack and opened it. Understanding dawned at once. “Ah, well, we do have an old popper.”
I freakin’ love popcorn! It’s like one of the best snack in the whole wide world! I wish I had a lifetime supply of it. Seriously. I could eat popcorn AND corn on the cob all day. I used to have braces and couldn’t eat corn on the cob, that’s why I love it so much!
Popcorn is so you,,y! It makes me think of going to a movie theater and watching a good show with my kids? I especially love the melted popcorn on theater popcorn.it smells so real in my head right now.
Roseanne
Instead of popcorn, my hand rested in your lap. A tingle ran through me each time you let me move fingers along the length of your inner thigh.

I set the bowl of popcorn on Trey’s lap and leaned on his shoulder. There’s something very comfortable about fresh popcorn with lots of butter on it.

janet

Adrienne
I heard the popping from down the road. The lights lit up the night sky. Kids screaming, laughing, crying. Clowns wandered the streets, making balloon animals for anyone who asked.
“Remember when I told you I would bring you here?” Jason asked, his silver eyes on mine. I nodded and looked ahead of me. The carnival was a joyous place. A kid tripped, dropping his cotton candy and popcorn and started crying.
Quickly running to his aid, I helped him up and gave him my loose change and kissed his knee, wishing him to be better. He wiped his tears and thanked me and ran off to get more.

My favorite way to make popcorn is on the stove. I think that other people do not realize the importance of this method. It takes the popcorn from a mysterious experiment in a bag to something right before your eyes. It makes popcorn more than food.
Mel
Popcorn is just another form of corn. Imagine being the first one to realize that it would pop! An ear gets close to the fire, and kernels explode.
Margaret
I used to have a student who loved popcorn. His mother would send in microwave popcorn for us to use as a motivator, and every day we would share a bag. I looked forward to the combination of crunch and salt in the afternoon, to help us all get through the afternoon.

Mafalda Reis
The smell of popcorn is my most favorite thing when I go to the movie theatre. I can’t sit there, watching a movie without munching on my favorite snack coated in buttery deliciousness.
Sheila Good
POPCORN! Love that stuff. I is best just plain – no butter, please. Just some salt – perfect! I like the kind that is cooked in a pot on the stove, not the mircrowaved version or the kind that they sell at the movies. As kids we got to have popcorn every Friday night while watching Gilligan’s Island and it is still an event that means it is time to relax.
I love to eat popcorn…it’s fun and fluffy and a great snack. It reminds me of sitting and watching a movie. I also like it because it encourages sharing….who can eat the whole bag? I also love the flavors and kettlecorn…yummy…I see the timer is moving quickly ….I wonder if this is worth it? How does typing a simple word with a timer on the bottom work? Good question…..I do like that it allows you to finish the last sentence though because no one likes to stop….

Oh my, I love popcorn. The warmth and fun associated with it. The taste and the crunchiness. You never eat popcorn when things are discordant. It is usually somewhat of a celebration.
david
Delicious! Soft yet crunchy, a nice treat for a movie with a spouse or loved one.
“I’m going on the paths through the park. Would you like to come? It’s been a while since we walked together.”

Popcorn kernels like sweat beads burst within a casket brightly colored. Nothing more than a circus tent vertically displayed to entice the viewers to take part in quite the spectacle.
Popcorn is all about going to the movies. There is nothing better than sitting down in the dark theater with a cherry coke and a box of crunchy popcorn.
sweet salty crunchy makes me hungrier than when I started. goes well with a coke. love it at the movie theater. jennifer’s favorite snack. quick and delicious. I like Orville Redenbacher’s natural best. Big popcorn machine in the basement. Jiffy Pop with Dad when Mom went to work.
Sue
James Brown made this obscure snack famous overnight when he immortalized it in his hit song “It’s a Man’s World”.

Popcorn always sticks in my teeth. The movie theater puts way too much butter on it when we order it there. My husband loves popcorn. I like the half popped kernels at the bottom of the bowl.
Shell
Popcorn is fluffy and hard at the same time. It can make you feel full, but still wanting more. It’s fun to throw into a dog’s mouth, or a friend’s mouth.
Valerie
I love popcorn. The smell always gets to me and I want to eat all of it. It is hard for me to share it with others. It is best when watching a movie. Sometimes I put too much butter on it.
Sandra Storch
Popcorn style! Speak what you like. Say what you may. We’ll see what comes out of this lovely little gray day. Everyone gets what they ask for, so don’t be shy. It’s perfectly designed, I’m sure you will find.
smells good, crunchy, get stsuck in my teeth, movies, oly good with real butter on it. Good made with lard, my first job, underfoot, that smell! Explosion outward, looks like a flower, native plant, teocinte, tiny kernals.
Kendra Hunding
I love popcorn, it’s best to eat it while seeing a movie or while you are bored , but what i like is to lick it and eat it because is so much fun
Popping. Tiny and white and maybe salty. Butter and movie theatres and hands hands hands. Large bags of white fluff and crunching and chewing and digging. Bring out a handful of it.
Popcorn has always been involved in my science experiments. Ever since I realized that the bit of water inside a kernel needs to heat up to a certain temperature before it pops, I’ve had the pleasure of timing it so that every time a teacher walks by I make the popcorn pop. It never fails to freak them out.

There was popcorn littering the ground. I was moving past the tents one by one. The lights were beginning to flicker and twirl. Becoming one pulsing light that blinded me. I had to find her before I passed out…

I’m serious.
It’s too damn salty.
I’m going back to the store.”
“You’re leaving? Already? Please don’t ruin this.”
He hesitated by the door.
