Too many, not enough, they all seem to be about money. No rules for unborn babies, not rules for dogs or cats or poor animals. Only rules about who you owe to or how you should pay back.
Las reglas eran simples, estaban destinado a pasar el resto de sus vidas encerrados. Encerrados por una pasión, por un amor que el resto no comprende. Sin embargo, todo lo vale, no se arrepentirían de nada.

rules are rules. they must be obeyed, even though they are normally stupid. i do not understand rules always because i think they are dumb. screw rules. but they kind of make me think of “recess schools out” and im not entirely sure why. oops the buzzer went off

There are rules that govern everything. Rules that teach the universe how to behave. Rules that maintain social interactions. What happens when the rules are broken? Or worse, what happens when the rules are bent?
im sorry, im not sure what this means. and im determined not to learn. all my life institutions such as structure and discipline and truth have been absent until i decided to create them myself. rules never seemed relevant. they were hardly there and what was there was absolute and crazy. i learned not to follow or trust. i learned to improvise, to watch as an outsider and i discovered what was best for me. i am still discovering. rules are good for structure and discipline and maybe even truth, or justice if you will, but they are not to be a rigid cage but a foundation. in a way, they are meant to be broken. one is meant to challenge the boundaries to stretch limits. call me ambitious but you find the sea as you reach for the horizon.
The rules of the game have definitely changed. With renewed purpose, I am attacking life from a brand new perspective. All those who don’t wish me well will be left behind. Life is too short to spend it with haters. Success will no longer elude me. As a matter of fact, I am making up the rules as I go along.
Rules constrain me. I must work hard at college to get a 4-point GPA, I have no time to read or watch a movie for fun, I’m tired, I need a break.

even though she knew it was a lie all along she couldn’t help but cry, just because everyone else knew that sometimes you have to break the rules. but she sank her fingertips into the rules as if they were a crevice on the sheer rock face she’d been climbing since she was born and closed her eyes.
Rules are meant to be tested. If not, I would see a completely perfect world. But what would perfect mean, in a perfect world, if there was no fault? Rules are broke for reasons.
Adriana
Who needs rule for?
Only to follow instructions and not do what we please?
Rules are nothing but a simply word used to stop us
Stop from what? From supposedly breaking the law?
It only holds us back from speaking our minds!
Rules are set to maintain order
They only create callous
No one will follow them hand to hand.
Ashley
Gah! That’s my first reaction, as if I were some little kid who thought rules were a thing that ruined fun. But then I realize just what this world would be like if there were no rules and anarchy ruled. EW. It’s a disgusting though and I find I really appreciate rules after all.

You and your frozen heart. Those little tears that dribble, so quietly that I can almost pretend they aren’t there. Don’t kiss me, don’t touch me with those lips made of ice and that heart of verdant fire. You don’t define me, not anymore. Take your rules and your love and r perfection and throw it to Dante where no one will hear your name ever agian. I don’t want you anymore, love of my life. It just hurts too much.
Walter I love you so much and I will alaways love you, you are my one and only love and I am ready to give you all my love to you and only you. I love your kids and every second with you.
Kristina
I am at the age where I am not very fond of rules. I didn’t like rules in my younger youth, and I don’t like them now (in my older youth). I guess I do like them for one reason: they are so fun to bend, break, and mess around with. It’s fun to get in just a little bit of trouble every now and again!
Carol Bailey Floyd
I decIded to no longer play by the rules. It was my life, so I was going to do whatever I wanted. Beginning to form my own standards/rules of life helped me search within and find out who I truly am. I found that Time does not exist. Suffering is the way of the world, but so is love and happiness. I learned that every moment lasts an eternity. And me, I was an infinite being in what we call this universe.
I love rules. There is so much freedom in rules. No wondering what will happen if you are doing things a certain way, no heavy conscience or regret or fear of trouble brewing. I wish everyone would abide by God’s rules.

Stand up straight. Raise your hand until someone calls on you. Listen. Obey. Don’t talk. Don’t run. No screaming. Use inside voice. No crying? No feeling? No expressing? No way…
rules..fuck’em..especially the social ones..nothing but constraint and an attempt to limit creativity..anything else? rules rules rules rules..who needs’em???

Rules are everywhere. Rules are meant to be followed–while there are some of us who do, there are also those who do not. Rules keep us in check and set guidelines for what we are to do. These guidelines lay a basis for life itself. They are amazing things created by even more amazing people.
Cliff Koenig
I live my life by a set of rules. A set of rules I have created to get the reaction I want from the people I want. I realized lately that my rules are causing my anxiety disorder, and I’m eating myself alive for every bit of control I can fathom. I need to let go.

There are so many rules in life. She figured some were made to be broken. Some were posted, others were learned along the way and she would abide most of them, but when it came to who she could fall in love with, well, that rule was more of a guideline.
rules and regulations, put in place for the better good. sometimes they are better broken, you gotta learn somehow don’t ya? I wanna rule. but it feels so restricting to have someone rule over you, doesn’t it?
Rule # 1 to a good life: Be happy in whatever way you can, but not to the point that it negatively affects the happiness of others.

I am a rule follower – except for a few remarkable exceptions – I don’t steal, I on occassion lie and on occassion commit adultery – So many rules to keep track of – sometimes it is a challenge –
Rules. Rules were made to be broken. Is that so? Then why were they created in the first place? I dun’t get it. Rules make things simple. Easy. Something to follow when you’re unsure and dun’t wanna mess up.
My rules are as follows….don’t be a jerkhole, and pay attention to life, and all the little things that most people miss, because they are too busy making money, or trying to prove something. Chase passion….grab it, and hang on for dear life. Paint your world your favorite color, and always kiss someone.

The rules keep me from questioning authority and, by extension, I can ignore the morality of my actions. Right and wrong are two distinctions I ignore. As long as I do as I am told I will be taken care of.
Meant to be followed. Lord of the Flies, without rules, society probably wouldn’t work. I wish they’re weren’t so many rules, so very many stupid, unnecessary rules. Government should focus on more pressing matters, rather than make dumb rules.

They say rules were made to be broken and so they are. I find myself always trying to bend them or at least push them to the limits. With who you know and kindness, you can get just about anything done that you want.
Rules. All based upon one’s perception of what’s right and what’s wrong. Were rules really meant to be broken? Does one consider them limitations in life. We all have our own personal rules. Which ultimately…rule our lives.

Breaking windows. Tagging walls. Stealing. Hitting. Vandalizing. If only the rules came with a map, because it seems nobody can follow them.
i stopped playing by the rules the day you broke all of mine.
