A stampede consists of many individuals all in a group with a similar intent of what they want, such as in a mall on a holiday, people are stampeding to make it to a sale and get the items they want first.

  9. This word reminds me of the Lion King because it was the scene where Simba’s father, mufasa died. the saddest part of the movie. Stampedes can be created by all types of animals but particuraly large and dagerous animals creating a dangerous envrionment for all other organisms in the way. Stampedes create a sense of fear in any oncoming orgamisms and can be harmful.

They made you feel small, unimportant, and blessed to have ever lain eyes on them. The cliques, be they of geeks or jocks, played the proverbial cattle as they stampeded towards their next destination, whatever, wherever that was.

The squirrels had scurried to their nests, no more daylight by which to play. All was now quiet outside the cabin door. And she couldn’t be happier. Life in the city had definitely affected her.
