But now, finally, there was a new heir. He had returned from his studies abroad, and was now set to restore the country to it’s former strength.

It kills vampires and it provides the world with much needed heat, without it we would all die because not only would we freeze to death but also our crops would wither and our entire economical system would collapse as people would all starve to death even the smart people.

He could sit out for hours, no sunscreen, no tanning oil, and all there would be by evening would be a soft pinkish-tan glistening on his skin.   22. I despise sunlight. I purposely buy dark curtains to BLOCK IT OUT. On Saturdays, when I’m trying to sleep, it seeps through the cracks and blinds me. I hate the sun.

  24. I hate the sunlight. Really I do. I wish I could just live in the Night-World forever. No one bothers me there. Everyone wants to go on and on about “Sunlight bathing my soul in something new…” Who wants a new day anyway? Not me. I want it to be the same old day forever. That way I’ll never have to deal with change again.

  25. Sunlight on my shoulders makes me happy. I looked through the window, through the mini-blinds, and see the brightness dripping off the tree leaves, reflecting off the green blades of grass that blanket the ground. It radiates from the cerulean sky into my living room.

  28. i see the sunlight every morning, rising above the building. i shield my eyes from it so i can watch april and hannah conduct and keep time with them. it doesn’t bother any of the marchers on the field except for the ones who are on the back of the field with me. it’sokay though. i like seeing the sun rise. it makese me feel safe.

  38. I love the idea of bathing in the sunlight whenever I see it peeking from between the too thin curtains in my kitchen as I rinse my last dish. It adds a soothing glow to my dampened skin which is trying to recover from the steam of the hot water coming from the faucet.

    Biting wind- harsh! Step out of the shade. But then there’s the sun, hitting you full in the face. ‘Aah’. Suddenly it shines the cold winter away, and you can pretend that- just for a minute- it’s spring again.
