    Ella
  2. I suppose you can tell her, it’s better if you tell her first. Why you have to wait till i come back and give me that one responsibility while clearly I’m not really in charge since I’m away.

I don’t think you’re the responsible man, you always pose to be.

  3. Suppose for a moment that love does not exist. Suppose that falling in love is not what you are actually supposed to do with your life, because, in fact, it is impossible. Suppose that love is not real. Suppose you’ve been lied to your entire life. Well. What do you suppose you’re supposed to do now?

    Kaylyn

  6. Suppose the world had exploded today, with only an hour notice. What would you do? Would you think about all the great times you had, or try to make some? I myself would cry. Cry, cry cry. I couldn’t do anything else. I’d fall asleep in my bed, crying, and then I’d die. And then everyone else would die too. Would you care about anyone else? I don’t think I would. I’d call my mother, and I’d tell her I loved her. I wouldn’t stay on the phone with her. I’d cry and think about everyone I love, and then it’d be over.

    Liz

Yesterday was the last day I
    took anyone else’s advice on

I suddenly realized everything I had
thought was true and genuine was
    indeed a lie.

So I suppose you probably still care, huh?

  9. I often find that when I suppose I suppose incorrectly. I suppose that stems from a lack of knowledge on the subject in question, but who really knows? It’s just like assuming. it makes an ass of you and me. supposing can definitely do that too.

    Brian
  10. I think this word is one of assuming. Assuming someone is a certain way. Assuming we all think the same. But it also requires a higher level of thinking. To suppose is to hypothesize. To think beyond the context we’ve been given, to think to a level beyond what we’re used to.

for that is what you are supposed to want
i shan’t do what everyone thinks i’m supposed to do

    would you care?
would you see differently, surely you wouldn’t dare?

  17. Suppositions are the root of creative curiosity. It is a tool to get another person to relate to a hypothetical situation. Suppose that no one ever supposed anything… We’d never ask questions, never be wrong, never come to any conclusions, wrong or right.

Then what would that orange do? Suppose it had to decide whether it was the colour orange or the fruit orange. Suppose the originally caled word suppose decided to be the fruit orange. Suppose to act like an orange or look like an orge. but the letters of suppose are all wrong. How does one suppose it is something else. Are we all just supposing?

  31. i think suppose is an extravagant word, i mean when you write suppose everything can happen or you can even change a reality and think on something that may or may not happen, is weird, when you talk about suppose you normally are using it for, for example me I use it when I use philosophy as an activity

    Laura Gasca

I suppose if I was masked in makeup,
I suppose if my weight was tame,
he would surely, finally, wake up,
    But then I think again,

He will never look, he will never stare,
I suppose I will just sit here waiting, heart open,
    bare.

  36. Suppose i were a retard or a super hero. Suppose that if I were awesome i would own a jute box. Suppose that i was stupid.

Suppose that maybe I’ve been trying to tell you important things for a while now, and you just haven’t been listening the way I’ve been hoping you would. Suppose, just suppose, that maybe we’re more possible than not because every time I think of you I see someone else’s face, and then it jumps back to yours, because you’ve overcome MY past, and now I’m here to help you escape what ruined YOUR life. Suppose you gave me a chance. Just one. Suppose it might be the best thing you ever did.
