A warm, comforting cup of tea sat in my lap, surrounded by my fuzzy bathrobe. The sun was just peak imbiber the horizon, like a child who has been hiding under a blanket. Caleb’s strong hand holds mine, as warm and soothing as my tea. He leans over and kisses me on the cheek. He then gently whispers,
“Isn’t the sun beautiful today?”
“It’s as beautiful as you,” I said, turning to him. He smiles with delight and kisses me again, this time on my lips.
I may not be your afternoon cup of tea but i am your morning cup of coffee and your late night glass of wine.
