  18. I feel confident about only a few things. It is really the lack which defines this word for me. I wish that, like Mr. Roger’s, I had confidence in the goodness in people. But it is something I will work at. I wish I had confidence in my own abilities, but again, I work. I am confident the sun will rise tomorrow.

  22. It’s a peculiar thing to be confident. Sometimes it feels like I’m walking on air and no one can bring me down. Other times I ask myself, “Where is my confidence and why AM i feeling so down?” Confidence is like money. When you have it you can do anything and go anywhere.

  23. im so lonely and depressed. confidence isnt a word in my dictionary anymore and i dont even now what im doing with my life anymore. i wish someone would care for me and if not then it seems better for me to just die. some days are good and other make me feel like a piece of trash thats just lying on the ground as other people pass by and look at it once and then keep walking. but thats life i guess and i dont want to complain too much or ill feel guilty about it and then emotionally and mentally punish myself more. i hope things get better but i dont know if theres any hope anymore for me
