I stood on the shore looking out into the murky waters. From the note I received in the mail and the way I knew his thought process worked, I knew her body would wash up eventually.
He stared at me, licking his lips with a shit eating grin from ear to ear. "Put it on," he said, practically jumping out of his skin. I glanced at the costume, a simple piece of string, then looked back up at him, "how?"
She used both her arms to hurriedly clear the table. She turned around and pointed at the man standing in the doorway. "You. Here.Now."
All I can think about is the French maid from Clue. In High School my friend Kileen played the part of her -- garters the whole nine with the costume and all. Lets just say after the play she was extremely popular.
