rise
Rise. The sun rises in the morning, I rise from my bed. She rose and looked him in the eye, and told him the truth that she'd never got a chance to tell him. After all, she hadn't seen him for over 20 years...And then, he rose, and embraced her in a hug.

past
The past. Its something you sometimes should learn not to dwell on. Sometimes, perhaps you should. Learn to throw the bad memories, all your wrongdoings into the trash, but not the lessons within them. Keep the good memories up front aside them. - the past :)
under

The grass rustled around her, whispering secrets, and sometimes she whispered back her own.
