Elastic waist jorts is what I wore when I was pregnant this summer... from the big lady section at the Wal-Marts! It was a low point in my life for sure, but for $7 you really can't get a more comfortable pair of pants... honestly, the Wal-Marts knows a thing or two about big bellies and their need for speed, I mean space!

I have had some seriously bad managers in my day. In fact, I think the key to a good manager is that they don't "manage" at all, instead they succeed by hiring GREAT people and empower them to do GREAT things. But beware this style of "management" is solely for the faint of ego!
