Secrets-Lie
Looking down at the stitches on her arm, she still couldn't fathom what she had done. It wasn't that bad, wasn't that deep, at least that's what she told herself. Maybe if she had never tried it in the first place, she wouldn't be here right now. If she had never purposely cut herself before, maybe she wouldn't have had the courage to pull that knife across her wrists in an attempt to end her life.
The darkness enveloped everything, and he stood there, looking out at the great expanse. he listened to the screams of the afraid, and watched the people run for their lives as the dark ghostly horse-demons chased after them, desperate for the human life force. He laughed, amusement spreading across his face at the sheer terror laid out before him. He had created pure fear, and it was who he was. The man resolves that fear will always rule under his firm hand, and no man nor creature will see the light of day again.
My tongue pressed for passage into her mouth and it was granted, and I pressed myself closer to her. She kissed me passionately as I held her closely. We could not be separated, this is infinite. She set the gun down next to her on the ground and looked to the heavens and cried, cried for her fallen angel, her love, her world, her life. Her other half, whose silent departure left her screaming for an end to the pain and confusion. Why would God take from her the only person she every loved, the only person who loved her?
The teenage girl runs through the airport halls, desperately trying to find him. Conversations buzzed around her and the people walked into her as she ran, or did she run into them?
"Where are you?" she screams, and her cries of desperation are met with his whisper in her ear.
"Right beside you." at his words she turns to face him, the very man who had saved her life earlier that day.
"You followed me,"
"Of course, I always follows jumpers,"
"Jumpers?" she questions him. How could he possibly know her deepest secret?
