A plumber. One of my biology professors once told me that all doctors are just "plumbers for humans." To a certain extent, he's totally right. Modern physicians are just plumbers, fixing leaks and creaky pipes and snapping noises in strange places. Unfortunately, like my prof, most people discount the human aspect of the physician - that the leaky pipes are in a perfectly human body, not a kitchen sink.
