pulse

I feel your pulse and it makes me hold you tighter - something I longed to feel... and feared I'd never get to. You're here now, and yet most of the time I'm still holding my breath.

jump

I built myself a bridge, and got half way over it before the thought of jumping entered my mind...

The light shines into my eyes and I squint to see the road ahead. The steering wheel gripped between my clammy palms stays steady, and the car remains centered in its lane. Suddenly, and this is the last thing I will remember, it gets brighter.

I have a longing, deep inside my mind. I long for something I shouldn't; I want to know what it would be like. Would it be dark and lonely? Or bright and inviting? Do angels exists, or would it be a few too many pills, and that's it? I know you shouldn't wish for it, but no one told my heart, I think I've fallen in love with the uncertainty...
