  8. Why aren’t we all like ants? They can carry much more than their body weight, the continue to work and work, never being asked. It is instinctual. Ants are the vulnerable versions of what we humans should be, and only because we are much more difficult to kill than ants.

If there is one word to describe Thailand, it could be …ant. i have never seen so many or so many different kinds of ants. they are very much a part of my daily life, and i have even taken to ant watching as a form of entertainment. They come in every size and every demeanor, from the biters to the ones who look like they ate too much xanax

  10. I hate them. They are all over my kitchen, and I cannot seem to make them go away. I call the exterminator, and he comes and gives me a lecture on the various types–sugar ants, crazy ants, Brazillian ants, blah, blah—just make them go away! I see them in my sleep sometimes!

  13. I have this one dream where I am looking up at the world around me feeling the smallest I’ve ever felt. And I stutter. Oh how I stutter when I say what I need and what I want I stutter. And all I really want is a closer look at things. Where they started and where they’re ending but from this vantage point I can’t tell. Everything is one. And I think that the next time a birthday party is thrown for me. I’ll Gatsby if I’m there. Or I’ll simply not show if I know about it prior to. Because I don’t want that day when everyone keeps forgetting it anyway.

And when she caught the telltale taste, she set off, her feet moving rapidly, single minded determination to carry her where there was a feast.     “They just seem to know where the food is,” the irritated mother replied, over the picnic.

    with no pattern to them but the faintest scents
    and finds its way and winds its way to the sugar food it loves
    and carries the burden on its back to its queen

    not the queen it loves, but the queen its forced to serve beneath the iron will of the colony.

  21. Ant s a tiny creature that crawls around tue dirty ground and are reliant on their queen. They make nests and sometimes they scare people with there spider-like legs. They feel weird when they go up your legs.

    “NO, SCREW YOU, IT’S NOT ANT,” I say, throwing a dirty pair of skinny jeans at his face. “It’s AWWWNT.”

    “AWWWNT,” Quin repeats. “That doesn’t sound right at all.”

    “Oh course, it’s right,” I say, sniffing a t-shirt to test its wearability, “This is my AWNT Gertrude, who is stepping on an AAAANT.”

    “Fu-” Quin starts to say, but then my mother opens the door without knocking and, considering it’s just Quin and I sitting around in naught but our skivvies sorting through a mountain of laundry yelling words at the tops of our lungs, we smile innocently so as not to give the wrong impression.

  24. do I have to really? studiousness and preventive care are two unity of analysis when I think of ants. I may be looking to find those two characteristics in myself these days-hence the previous sentence. My writing is self-doubtful, yes.

  25. An ant is small. They’re tiny and not all that strong, however, if there were many ants, they’re unstoppable. Humans could learn a thing or two about teamwork from ants. They help each other. They do.

Ants are usually living in large colony’s under the dirt in a normal backyard, there are several types of ants and there are aso several roles that ants can play such as bull ants black ants white ants then there are roles such as being a queen ant.

    There are all different kinds of ants, some hurt you, some tickle you and some even want you to flee from them and make themselves look strong. It is always hard to find them in the wild because if there small and textures bodies
    All ants a not much to humans but if we really started to study About them we could learn alot.

  32. An ant is an insect that is very small, the species lives in an ant hill, where it survives and brings food back to it’s colony, in that certain ant hill. The smaller ants often bring back food to the queen ant.
