  1. I already wrote a thing about beginnings. I’m just trying to sign up on this darned site to begin doing this clever little freewriting thing with words other than BEGIN. Everything has a beginning though, right? For example, this is the beginning of my procrastination on studying. Horrah.

  3. Beginning of beginnings. What do people do about that? I don’t even know what I’m saying. This is really stressful. That’s because it’s the beginning of this little…thing that I’m doing here. I just stumbled upon this, and so begin my journey into the stressful land of freewriting about some random word that pops up on the top of the screen, and so I am forced to write about it for sixty seconds.   6. Relax. It is only a sheet of paper. It may be blank, but it is ok. The blank ones are the worst, maybe I should get lined onesss-no, don’t screw yourself up. Breathe. Now un-clench that pen and grab a brush. That should be better. Dip it in the black ink (black is very morose, but such beauty) and touch the paper with the first stroke.

  7. Beginnings are not simple, they are challenging and difficult and often scary. Yet no matter what we unknowingly, unwittingly dive into one every single morning when we awake. We push back covers and face new days, new beginnings, and new moments in which we will learn and thrive.

  8. Where do I begin? In the middle sounds good. So there we were sitting side by side in class. Desks pushed up together… I’ve never been this close before and I couldn’t help taking in the smell of cologne. It was toxic. I had been addicted to that smell since our story began.
