The words that derived from her feelings of worthlessness and self-doubt all seemed to be centerred around death and loss. She felt like nobody loved her. She felt like an outcast. She felt that if she decided never to return to the world as she knew it, nobody would ever notice. How could life suck so bad? H

After spending only two short nights with each other, they derived to the understanding that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
The core, can it be found? Do we know where it began. Where is it, that these streams of agony and pride, of hate and lust derived. Where is that this toxin is birthed from. Only he who drinks it and takes it on fully could ever cure it. Oh wont you please.

we have all come from the sea. we hold the sea in us. our words gurgle up through the moisture of our planet. we speak the language of the fluid essence of the wave…
The old book had a broken spine and wilting yellow pages, millions of them all squashed together and covered in intricate words. The term was derived from that book, the largest book in the whole library and quite possibly the oldest.

Ken derived an inconvenient pleasure from watching his opponents during their bouts. The latex wrestling suits left little to the imagination, and did very little to hide the fine, muscular physique of the other wrestlers, but they also failed to conceal the occasional arousal he experienced.

Connected out of mind. This she did divine without the use of hand or sign, an image in the dark. Illuminated by the thought of a willful kind, the meaning of which was derived. The pearl, the tower, the golden hour, the sea, the sea, she sees firelight for decades racing across the waves all while knowing of the abyss that lies beneath.

I derived from all forms of interactions and from friends. i never continued to stay happy i only ever showed melancholy in my face. i hope no one can notice.
She lay limp on the ground, her hair trailing in the liquid which had been derived from her own skin cells. The scientist looked down at her, frustrated that so much of his work had been wasted when she’d cracked the container, but knowing that he could simply produce more of the liquid as necessary.
Derivations. That is an essential part of connecting the language of English to its origins. As in, the Latin words often have connections to the corresponding word in English. Recognizing derivations is an essential key to having the most beneficial experience in Latin class.

His hand slowly slipped down the iron edge, tracing the sharp silver that disappeared into the rough rock beneath. He took his hand away. A red streak was left on the blade, a red line was appearing across his finger.
Beautiful.
“Just take it.” He whispered– no one was there. His hand trailed up, up again, past the hilt, fingers folding themselves around the leather grip, one by one. He was reminded of his early piano lessons, one, two, three, four, five- one finger at a time. One hand, then two, a steady grip to rival the erratic beating of his heart.
“Deep breath.” He didn’t follow his instructions. “One, two-”
The sword slid from the stone.

“Sam, seriously? You don’t trust me?” Blake seemed hurt as he leaned forward, hands folded and across his desk. “What, do you think I’m going to kill Spence after I find him, just because we have feelings for each other?”
“Had,” She corrected briskly, though knowing deep inside it was a lie. Initially she had derived comfort in his offer to locate her husband, but now…heck, she didn’t even know anymore. “And why even bring that up, Blake? We broke up a long time ago…I’ve moved on.”
“But I didn’t.”
She parted her lips to speak again but he quickly covered them with his own, not knowing what the outcome would be or even caring for that matter. Her cherry lip gloss mixed with the traces of coffee he’d drank earlier that morning, his hands caressing her smooth skin as they finally had what they’d been so long without: each other.

Derived…Too much time in math classes has prevented my brain from thinking of anything but Calculus at the sight of the word. Literally can’t think of anything else. College is so great.

What Yusei derived from the look in Ushio’s eyes was that the man wasn’t going to arrest him…yet. But the officer was definitely not pleased.
Yusei mentally sighed. He didn’t want anyone he knew to know about his commissions, and certainly not one who worked for the law. Blue and brown gazes met.
I don’t know how it happened, or why… I just kind of did it. What derived the emotion or the desire is completely an enigma to me. He was my own drug, I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE TWIGHLIGHT!

Her convoluted opinion, derived though it was from those much more knowledgeable than she herself was, allowed her only to stumble and flail awkwardly through what could have, in more experienced hands, been a greatly influential expression of self-awareness.
Derived from the Latin. Derived from the Greek. Origins of our language. Origins of our culture. Origins of the way we speak.

It’s time I knew the difference between loving who you are now and loving who you were. Right now, I only wake up to the memories of what we had, and that once upon a time, you had the capability to love with all your heart. But the derivation of something could be terrible, especially if the root no longer grows and dies instead, as if we never crossed paths, as if we both lived our separate lives all over again.
I derived from our conversation that I did not mean anything to you. I was just another girl. I didn’t want to hear about the others. That night you made me feel special. I had fond memories of our time together. Now I feel like a fool and I regret what happened.
Where this sorrow, this hollow lack of attachment derived from, is something I only wish I knew. But I haven’t the faintest clue, and so here I sit, desperate for comfort for something to anchor me to this world, but finding it in nothing.

my life is derived of seeds, roots, dirt, plants, consciousness sitting at every boundary of existence, watching things spring into being.
The meaning that Charlie derived from the book was simple: Its antithesis, meaninglessness. She had read countless interviews on how the author had stated he wasn’t trying to be like Camus, or Kafka, or even Joyce. He wasn’t trying to make a statement or wave around a flag with the words “Life is a void” stamped across it. He claimed he wasn’t an absurdist or even an atheist. And yet, there it was. An excellent novel about meaninglessness. Charlie would have to recommend it to Sam.

I feel spent. Despondent. Searching the seas, I have no idea where the sudden sadness has derived from. All I know is that it is here. It makes my stomach feel gaping. It makes my mind feel empty. Maybe because nothing recently has worked in my favor. Forever in limbo.
I derived such pleasure from finally sinking my hands into the cold, damp clay, feeling shackles fall off my brain as my mind exploded. The smell, the feel, Oh God…

how do you get from one place to another in your thinking? it is important to think things through, where you are, where you are going. what influences your decisions. Does God play a role in your life? if not, why or why not?

What in these lost moments could old souls find? For they are but derived from a stranger’s sea of thought, sinking in depths forever unknown.

From the dark comes morning’s first rays
floating across the forest
touching grasses grown tall in meadows
crossing ponds
waking frogs
and me
