To feel sympathy towards someone is to be human. It is to connect with another being. It is to live.

A sweet smile, A "Thank you", A kiss on the cheek, A warm, comforting hug, A good deed for another - Little ways in which gratitude can be expressed.

Everything we do is as cliche as the movies I used to watch in the cinema. Nothing new, nothing fresh. But the ending. Oh, the ending. I hope it's good but not as cliche as the usual "happy ever after".

Your face, always beaming with that happy smile. Your eyes, sparkling with enthusiasm. I long it. I long to see it when you see me approaching you.

"Don't worry, my dear child. No one can hurt you. Daddy's will stay with you all night. I will protect you."

"I was never part of this. You never counted me in this. I was always just your extra."

"How long have I been here?" "Hello!" "How long have I been inside this?" "You've actually been sleeping for a century." "100 years?! It's been too long."

"So cold and tough -- frozen. How does it feel to not feel? Your heart, locked up in your own personal freezer?"

"Why would I do that? Why did you think I'd ever consider doing that? I'm not as stupid as you think. I'd never do something that I could never gain from in the long run."

What is it about being precise that some people - who are overly particular about details - have the need to make it a point that everything they say is understood exactly as they meant it?
