The castle walls rose high into the sky. The door stood open, as if they had been expecting me. The sunrise blared in the background as I stepped inside. Everything shone as if made of gold. I was finally home. I could finally claim what had been stolen.
The smell of the place raced into her blood. She couldn't get enough of it. It filled her entire body. Her soul. The rust. The dirt. The drugs. Sweet relapse. It was worth it. Worth it to come home.
