  1. References for jog hunting are extremely important. Ask first and know what your reference is going to say. I have seen people get surprised by getting a marginal or bad reference. The assume the person will only say wonderful things.

  2. these words suck. I’m referring to all the words that I have ever personally logged on too see. I was expecting exciting, adventurous, mysterious words. Words that wander on their own. These words just sit on the couch and are as inspiring as a bank statement.

  5. Maggie put her bookbag on the table and walked toward the back of the library. She had to get her report on interpersonal communication started.

    Walking to the reference section, she heard scuffling and what she thought was voices. Creeping quietly, she peered around the corner of the last row. Her eyes widened and she was frozen where she stood.

    A tiny, blue, baby dragon peeked up at her from under a pile of books.

  11. Referencing is something I have to do in high school in my high school papers. I reference things such as book quotes and websites which I take information from to enrich my writing assignments. Sometimes it’s a pain to reference things, but it helps the text as a whole and takes up space!

    They sure weren’t making it very easy. But maybe that was the whole point: to exclude “foreigners.”

These are his silent footnotes, his closed captions.

I love tumblr I dont know why I guess I just do and so do many other teenages in my school! <3 I love refering to previous jokes that me and my friends made and we just sit there and almost pee ourselves laughing because its reallllyyyy funny d: I love funny people especially people who are funny because of their random fails! me and chris agree

  28. I opened the dictionary. I immediately flipped through about half the pages and then stopped at the letter L. My long, elegant finger traced down the different word as I mouthed them silently looking for the right one. I found it.
    Love (pronounced luhv)
    Definition: To feel tender, adoring and/or passionate emotions for a person in a positive way.
    My eyebrows clashed together in confusion. I didn’t get it. I started up my computer and opened Google. I wrote ‘Love reference’ and clicked on the first link I got.
    If you need a reference for love you just have to find the person who makes your face flush and your heart stop beating and have you start acting like a clumsy idiot and then kiss them. that’s what Google told me.
    That’s strange, I thought. Is Google implying that I love the boy next door?

You can reference to a certain time or place or memory that you have experienced in your life and think back to that moment. Reference can be good, bad or can refer to people or inanimate objects. To refer to something, to abide or go to something.

  35. You can get a job reference. A reference looks good to people, it shows that you are trustworthy, and an able worker. These days, references are often needed.

  39. When there’s a reference to something, this should remind you of it. There can for example be a reference to a movie or certain event in the past. This can make you smile, or think, because you recoginze it, but when you don’t get the reference, it’s just useless. References are only useful when you know what it means.

  40. I made a reference to a bad pop song the other day. I hated myself for it. Why would I make a reference to a pop song that I don’t even like? Society is controlling me. I am conforming. Is this a good thing? I’m conforming a lot already, like in my looks and in my style. I wonder if I’m supposed to keep going with “reference” or just stray off.
